But in a masterstroke of professional behaviour, a fellow supervisor and myself abandoned our call centre and drove to the other side of Melbourne's CBD to collect an order of delicious spaghetti bolognaise from Pelligrini's, an Italian cafe of some historical & cultural signifigance, and proceeded to eat it in the presence of our incredulous interviewers.
