The four fingers on my left hand hurt. If horsemen burst out of them at any time today, I'll let you know.

I used to read surfing the apocalypse regularly. That was before I discovered news of the weird. Which was before I discovered fark. Oddly enough, each time I stopped reading the former before I started reading the latter.
I've seen about a minute of the Glenn Beck show on two occasions. The second he was talking about the doomsday thing. The man is a shit-eating-grin-faced idiot. I can't believe he has a tv show. They could seriously yank a random person walking on the street outside whatever building he broadcasts out of, and they would almost certainly do a better job.
I didn't see what the big deal was with the day. Anniversaries occur yearly, and nobody said what was supposed to make this one different. It doesn't even seem to be that big of an islamic holiday.

Well, the difference of this anniversary was that Iran postponed their answer to that date - probably only to fuel the speculations.
I simply enjoy the ends of the world. We had an end-of-the-world party for new years 2000. The party was a success, despite the apparent continuation of the universe...

Just great. I get to spend the last day working late (and surfing the net :erm: )

Yesterday I discovered that Gentoo Linux now has an installer, instead of a simple list of instructions. I was half-expecting the Universe to end right there and then.
