I'm not actually sure I understand. Are you saying that the Joker's clownface and green hair make him a good judge of humor, and his ruling on the matter should be considered definitive? Also, is this the Caesar Romero Joker we're discussing? There's no way ABC's Standards and Practices would have allowed a frank discussion of chakats "on air," so his opinion would (at best!) be considered canon only in an expanded continuity.

Neither. I'm saying that the Joker, who can find humour in almost anything- from harmless practical jokes to fish being gutted to wholesale slaughter, would find the concept of furries as one very bad joke.
