Here is what you do to make it memorable:

1. Nevermind all that responsibility crap, drink a lot first thing in the morning.
2. Break things; accidentally with wild arm gestures and on purpose by throwing them at people you think might disagree with you.
3. Drive to the nearest gym and pick out the hottest guy there. Wait till he is lying on the bench press and ride him like a mechanical bull. Whenever anyone tries to pull you off just grip harder and scream "MINE".
4. Yell wooooo a lot.
5. Ask people "what are you lookin at spaztard?" then throw up on them.
6. Do something involving nakedness and lots of cocoa butter.
7. Tell all the officers on the other side of the bars that they never loved you, they only pretended to get you in cuffs.

Or you may decide to go easy on everybody this year. Nah hell, you aint that old yet. Happy birthday Dia child.
