Happy 2010 Everybody! Time to LEVEL UP.
I hope you all had a good time saying goodbye to 2000-2010 yesterday. I had a great time at a flat party and at midnight stood on a balcony overseeing all of London and watched the brilliant fireworks across the city.
Then after heading out for a mandatory Big Mac Meal, settled into a discussion about what we should call this "new" decade. My personal favourite is The Tenners. But if we join the Euro then thats out the window...
Then someone suggested Guitar Hero and the night got very drunk after that. Somehow I've made it home though where I have an urge to go out and buy Guitar Hero 5...
Welcome 2010, may you be better than the shitstorm that was 2009!

okay, round 2
Round 2 my ass!
There's something kind of awesome about drunkenly telling the (current) female vocalist of the band that played the New Year's Eve Party (Abney Park. I know there's one or two of you who know who they are) at the bar I was at that while their live show is awesome, their albums are kind of weak. I didn't even recognize her without the feather in her hair, and it was, like, two minutes from last call.
I also wish I had some pictures of just how fucking dapper I looked. New York Meet Friday Night (and dammit, Scots, I know you've got pictures of this somewhere) turned to eleven. Srsly.

Happy New Year TTLG!
Its 12pm and I'm only just getting up. I may still be unsafe to drive! How do I get to the traditional New Years Day Risk game with the crew?!
This decade is the teens, no? And goddammit I've been at TTLG for 10 years! I need another drink!

A large dirty, dirty meat supreme pizza from Pizza Hut is what is needed today.

Apart from sounding appalling, teens don't begin until 13!

How about the Fat Tenors then

Happy New Year!
We lasted until 5 AM, I'm still pretty tired. Going to catch a few extra hours of sleep tonight. T'was a lot of fun though, good company with good food and good booze. I even bought some fireworks this year, something I haven't done in years.
