Hi Pedro, look at
the map and it shows you where the caretaker's office is. There is a floor plaque in front of the gate "Coffin Resale" Go South of that past the Haunt practising on the dummy, then first right. Rope arrow up and jump near the crates blocking the gateway. Smash the crates, go through and go down the steps, and then again down the steps to the right. smashed the crates, crawled below the gate, went down the stairs, killed the toxic undead, found the sewer hatch, got inside the water, i swam to the other opening, but when i exit the water i find myself in a dead end what am i missing?

Alright, i have placed them in the cart and the gate open for me to do my exit.
Took me 2 hours plus the time reading the readables to play this mission :)
