Michael. You need to put Dr. Morris on the guillotine. Don't walk to far in that spot, because than it won't work. If you put him in the beginning of that place, he should get laid down on the right spot. Than use the guillotine and pick up the head.

So I patched Thief 2 to version 1.19 & installed "Tell Tale Heart" and when I click on Play an error window pops up stating "unable to locate or load d3dx9_43.dll".
Now what?:confused:

Now I am kinda stuck, I have been to the future, got the diary and ring and I need to use this ring on Dr Frankenstein to proceed, but I can't find him. I've checked my map, no crypt... Could someone point me in the right direction, please? Thanks!
EDIT: Nevermind, I've worked it out, never play Thief at 3 in the morning. haha. :D

No, I killed him the first time I tried, in betatesting.
In real Play I BJ'd him.
It should work.

You'd better go back to an earlier save and try again
put the corpse or unconscious body of Dr. Morris on the table, extract the blood, take him to the guillotine, cut his head off, pick up the head and go back to the surgical table, extract the brain, pick up the print, go to the year 2014, pick up the ring, go back to 1891, go down the grave, open the gate .... a.s.o.Don't forget to pick up the key on the surgical table or on his body.

Take Dr. Morris body back up to the lab and drop him on the surgical table. Draw his blood, then chop his head off in the guilotine. Take his head back up to the lab, drop it on the table. The computer screen will tell you what is going on. Once scanned, pickup your brain map at the printer.
