I just picked up the axe and lost my blackjack; I don't think I have much use for the ol' BJ anymore, but does the axe have advantages over the sword?

Bah! Nothing but crashing, and I'm properly updated too (DX9 included) using Darkloader 4.3. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did you start with a patched v1.18 before patching to v1.19 ? The runtime 6 that is required, I updated my xp machine with what was recommended, but had fall back to the earlier version. I was using dx 9xc originally, then fell back to 9a, and it worked fine.

Thanks for the mirrors Clearing and Brethren ! I missed the "T" at the end of Hear, but after the contest, I plan on final update to repair the secrets stats, maybe at another 7 secrets to it. Near 3500 objects though, so I must take care to add anything to it.

I found Morris' lab, but after extracting the blood I'm not sure what to do next. Also, the secret skeleton under the torture pit is holding a scroll; that scroll is unreadable.

Any opinions on the axe? I've avoided picking it up after realizing it messes with the weapon #keys. Worth grabbing?

The unreadable scroll is on purpose, as the guy who escaped mortally wounded couldn't write anything down.

Okay, now:Now that you have extracted the blood from the Doctors body, take it down the vator and you will find something to remove his head. Once you have done that you can finish in the warehouse (now the dugeon, or just bring his head back up, then drop it on the surgical table to get your brain map.
