Here is my contest entry, and it is a little late, but better that than buggy. Beta testing finished today, and I ironed out all the bugs to my knowledge. I am linking to google drive for now until my ftp to thiefmissions.

Note: before downloading ! This is version 1.19, otherwise known as Thief2 The New Dark ! You must patch your Thief 2 installation, and be sure and remove all of your v1.18
saves. Make sure you are patched to V.1.18 before patching to V.1.19 Follow the instructions, as the patching is simple. Taffer patcher is okay, as well as any enhancement pack you use, however there are over a thousand custom objects in the mission including what I made in Paint shop pro, so with this lightmap version, it is not required.

Story: It is Hallows Eve, and while the Trick or Treaters are keeping the City Watch busy, I thought I would spend some time in the old Industrial area just outside the city. Basso and Jenivere are to meet me behind the old Trumble house, as they are casing some work for me. Should be a quiet evening, and the only guards close by won't be watching. The rent is due, and you never know, I may just have a few tricks for tonight myself as the rent is due in a couple of days. Trick or Treat!
Use Darkloader V.4.3 as this was used in testing. An update has been made for fm-selector that came with the 1.19 patch.

Base: From OttoJ55 abandoned Mechanist Map. The mission has been updated to use Fm-Selector. Fixed a bad texture that was overlooked,
and fixed 2 readables that were truncated. Some textures missed during beta testing. Fixed the Morgue door so it can be obliterated if the switch fails.
Fixed the floor trap door to the cellar incase the switch fails on some systems. Fixed all 13 secrets once found will tick off as completed.
Build Time: Many bottles of headache medicine, not including gallons of Jack Daniel's. Many fits thrown, when Dromed turns into Dromzilla.
Doing most of this blindly as I am almost completly blind.

UnKnown Issues: Has not been tested on Windows98, or Windows2000. The only two reported problems was not being able to drop fish if frobbed in the water, and
mission ending as soon as all objectives complete, and not at the starting point. Could be a memory usage problem, as the mission is large.

Made the floor trap door leading to Mr.Trumble so it splinters into bits incase the switch wont work on some machines.
2.Made the Freezer Door in the Morgue splinter into pieces because it is objective related.
3.Now when you have found all 13 secrets the objective will tick as completed.
4.A couple new powerups to help you through difficult situations. You can use them if you need to, but if not, you will have plenty left over at the end of the game.Technical Notes: This mission is large, and it will take some time to get through it. I highly suggest to read everything you can read in the mission for a full understanding of the Story and Game. Some of the objectives of course are triggered by readables. Please dont give outright spoilers, as this is a new game and story. The gameplay is layed out in a simple fashion, and there are numerous clues throughout the mission.
It is probably not wise to frob the fish I have in this mission, and a beta tester did mention that once frobbed it couldn't be dropped. It might be thrown however.
Pay no attention to the stats screen concerning secrets, as that count is wrong. The objective screen will credit you in this regard. My eyes have been failing me for quite some time, and this may be my last mission until eye surgery or such. I had to use a powerful magnifying glass in order to work and finish it. My eyes are strained terribly, so bear with me. There is a list of credited voice actors at the end of the briefing video.
I also included in the Movies folder, my custom made death.avi. I may have to make a written walkthrough and a loot list, but there is no hidden loot which isn't easy to find. All credits appear in the readme !
There are machines out there for some strange reason not yet known, that wont be able to play it, as some of the control devices fail. I have done all I can to ensure that some of the objective related doors are destroyable,and flinder to wood particles. This may be because of using over 3400 objects or could be something that the scripters will have to work on to iron out bugs in the NewDark.
Explore the game up and down, and you will eventually find everything. Patience is golden !
Maps are helpful, and I have included the necessary features to help you navigate in the catacombs.
This fan mission:Tell Tale Heart is dedicated to Evy(Evelyn) Poe, directly related to Edgar Allan Poe. She passed away sadly many years ago, and was my dear friend, along with Dale Duvall, her son: also passed away earlier this year. Long live Edgar Allan Poe, and all of his descendants.

If you dont want to kill
There is over 4,000 excess loot in the mission, somewhere around 11,400. It is not necessary to kill spooks for their loot, just time there movements and proceed. Use your water arrows to douse torches.Edit by epithumia: Add thiefmissions link.
