I was having problems setting key binds due to ALT key not working, so I bought a new keyboard recently (another Saitek but a Cyborg). I was going to test it out with game today but ran into a problem with loading. I also took out the current bind files and reverted to the prior binds I had transferred over from my other machine that were still in my game files as they used the ALT settings. I had saved both files that are used so I just removed the current bind file and took off old from the other. However, I don't believe this is the cause.
What I did do in the meantime was to load I.E. 8 the other day to replace I.E. 7 and still I don't think this should be the cause but I don't know why else the game won't load properly. I get to the menue and get problelm window from microsoft to send error page, click no and goes to desktop. Obviously I had DDFix and Widescreen mods applied to be able to run the game earlier.
I don't know what to do. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
Ps: I know previously I had posted my specs in another thread and tried to find and can't so I will do it again.
WinXP-SP3; AMD Althlonx2 5400@2.8ghz; Sapphire ATI HD3850/1mb; 4Mgs DD2 800 (of course sees only 3); SB X-Fi Gamer; 23" Samsung 1440x900 (using for desktop/T2).
