help! for some reason when i try to use the "~" key to pull up the typing window, nothing happens. anyone else had this problem?

there is no problem in using cheats... I use them myself and nobody kills me for that! but are you pressing the REAL "~" or thebutton above the tab? (\) thats what I use for cheats and it works perfectly

whats the "real" ~? the only one i have is above my tab key.

my ~ key is right of "º" and "ç". above the tab is "\"
