Hi all.
Just have a question about the Guilds and Temples in Morrowind. I am currently in about 6-7 different guilds/temples etc. I am arch mage of Mages Guild, and now Master of Fighters Guild. :) However, the missions that Stone Heart wanted me to undertake meant that I got expelled from Thieves guild (for Killing Gentleman Jim Stacey) I worked around that by taunting Stone Heart until he attacked me. Then I was automatically master. I also killed the Orc outside of his room because he attacked me too.
My question is, can I be the leader / highest rank in every guild/temple/house? Or do the missions mean that is not possible?

As far as I know, the only ones you can't advance all the way in are the Ashlanders and the Blades, which are both main quest factions.

*nods at kfort* Yup, true enough. There's a number of guilds you can't join (Cammona Tong, Twin Lamps, etc) and you can only legally join one House (you can use a bug or cheats to get into others), but those're the only limitations on your ability to join up.
