I am currently accessing TTLG through a computer I do not normally use (that is why I am using this forum account, rather than my regular one). I noticed that I was able to view the main index without logging in, and it also seems I could read threads, view profiles, and use the search function. I believe the last two features have not been available to guests since the forums were run on UBB. Attempting to send private messages, make posts, or view the Who's Online page gave the "Guest viewing has been temporarily disabled" page.
I have not been able to test this from another computer.

I can confirm that. I got my new computer back, so I had to reinstall everything, etc.
I was expecting to have to login to view the forums on the first time I visited them (I always leave myself logged in), but I could view the forums and browse threads fine even without being logged in.

T'would appear it has been re-enabled.
It was disabled to see what effect it had upon the traffic coming to the server.

Guest Viewing is re-enabled, yes.
