Addon and Stalker2?

I hoped such unusual game with such unusual topic won't be commercially exploited in this cheap way, but alas.

You never know, they might come out with more good stuff. They might even be able to realize all of their original plans for Stalker.

Original plans, that scares me! Have you read about the very original sci-fi concept for Oblivion Lost? :p

Heh, let's not go too far :p
I just mean adding more things like sleeping, setting up camp, vehicles, et cetera.

Well, they planned addon even before release of the game. As for hypothetic Stalker '#2', I read it would have to be prequel. It's obvious now that Stalker was commercially succesful for GSC and THQ even though it was in development for 5 years.

I'm wondering if this is a hint towards possible console releases, although it could be an expansion too.

A datadisc could be fine, I'd welcome more areas added to the original game. I'm just afraid of some spinoff sequels/prequels/stupid adaptations for other platforms with gameplay compromises for mass audience, that statement "several subsequent new products" just gives me shivers.
