My favorite would have to be when gunther is trying to convince anna that there is a plot against him when the soda machine gave him lemon-lime instead of orange.
On a side note, now I want orange soda.

I was going to post about the same conversation when I saw the thread title.
It's really quite endearing, isn't it?
I really liked the Morpheus conversations too.

It's not really a conversation, but at the 'Ton if you listen at the locked doors that aren't really doors, you can hear people inside watching some type of sports game and um...doing other stuff.

I like listening to the thugs who beat up the bum for money in hell's kitchen.

When talking to Paul Denton in his apartment. God, so much brainfood.

The soda conspiracy is definetly the most memorable for me. The conversation with Morpheus, though, is perhaps the most catchy one in the game.

I liked Helios making the case for why an AI should rule. I was like, hmm... Got a point.

From Deus Ex: Invisible War, only when you play as female Alex D. -
Lionel: Not interested, honey...
Alex: What...?
Lionel: Get lost, you'll blow my cover.
Alex: What cover? Lonely drunk?

Lemon-lime conversation in UNATCO is probably my favorite, but a close second is the recurring reference in Invisible War when you go back.
