Awesome. Recently I had a downloading spree from Pripyat.com, and now I have
a really rich Chernobyl exclusion zone photoalbum... Incredible, it was such a modern and promising town (for Soviet standards anyway) and it got totally wasted.
By the way, Pripyat.com is maintained by former citizens of Pripyat, or even their kids. Some have added their photos, also how it looked back in 70s and early 80s and also leave comments of other photos (unfortunately in Russian/Ukrainian), Finding a comment saying "This was my class!", "I lived in this house for 10 years." or "I have modelled this clay figurine when I was a pupil." is quite touching.
