Here's the thing though - when they do it all the time, it start to get tiresome and boring and it really isn't funny anymore.
I'm afraid that you're just not his audience. :erm:

Actually, that just got me thinking about the old classic shows. I used to love pretty much all of them. Except
Silver Spoons... I never really could get into that.
Welcome Back Kotter, WKRP, Night Court, Family Ties, Diff'rent Strokes. There aren't really any of those kinds of shows left, not since Fresh Prince finished.
I used to love Good Times, that was a great show. Full of optimism and good-humour and still the undercurrent of reality. Cosby show was sometimes good for that, too. The one where he was a retired airline baggage handler, not the Dr Huxtable one. Good Times was some serious ACTING, too. You know that John Amos was only 8 years older than Jimmie Walker? And Florida will go down in history as one of the sweetest women ever.
Also I used to secretly love Facts of Life. I pretended to watch it begrudgingly because it was my sister's turn to pick a show, but secretly I think we all had a crush on Jo.
No kidding. Jo was TEH HOTTIE. Night Court was awesome, as was WKRP. Fuck Raymond.

That show and Two and a half men, I enjoy them both.
