THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY FIRM BLOCKS ICQ AND PEEPS CAN'T REMIND ME NOT TO BE SUCH A DICK ALL THE TIME!
Also, make sure you get that spot on my left shoulder. You know the one.

I hear Opera has a feature that auto-draws them for you.

IE Tab - Use the IE rendering engine at the click of a button, or force sites to always load the IE rendering engine.
Seems somehow wrong :) I can see the use, though. Will have to take a look.

I'd forgotten about this one. I only really had cause to use it once before, but man was it ever useful. (A program like wget does just as well, I guess, but this one is certainly more convenient.) One of those extensions you're
really grateful for if you have the need for it.

Stylish - GUI to per-site CSS stylesheets.
I disabled this one after suffering some browser instability. Not sure if it was the root cause, but Firefox hasn't died again since then. I also had trouble getting it to work consistently... maybe some incompatibility related to the other problem. Certainly a good idea.

Sessionsaver - restores last browsing session, useful when Firefox/Windows crash
I highly recommend checking out Tab Mix Plus. It contains its own session saver (and a better one, IMO), along with simply masses of other useful functionality.
I think I was able to ditch about four older extensions when I installed TMP, in fact (Tab X included, FWIW). I see it as one of the must-have extensions. (Major overkill purely as a Tab X replacement of course, but seriously... check out all the other things it does for you!)

BugMeNot - "bypass compulsory web registrations"
Another one I'd forgotten about. Well, remembered briefly when I was denied access to a new page the other day, but couldn't be bothered tracking down :) It didn't work so well the last time I had this installed, but that was literally years ago. Trying it again.

Someone write about my ambiguity!
Also, I have the newest version of FireFox (1.5.0.1 ?) and Platypus is only made for 1.5 or below. That's the one plugin I really wanted, too. I shouldn't have updated my Firefox version before installing plugins... :erm:
(Just saw the Nightly Tester Tools plugin. I am happy. I hope it works.)

Otherwise it's a supremely stupid one.

Aja - Apparently only likes threads if he is discussed.
