Falco tells me I need to talk to Graring in order to.......well I forget really, but I need to speak to him. However he just keeps telling me I'm not welcome here. Is this a bug ?
Anyone else had this problem ?

Yeah I've had the same problem, all I did was kill him and take his stuff. I didn't pass the mission or anything but After that mission he don't have the authority to promote you any higher so it's pointless to pass it for him.
(By the way, once you kill Graring, along with his magical mace, he has an ice pick, maybe you should try that out)

Well there is supposed to be an assasin nearby who attacks them called "Coventina Celata" but in my games she never attacked, look around for her and kill her(shouldn't get a bounty). She is wandering near some rocks near the stream east of the house, on the west side of the stream, if she is not there and you are on the computer, type
"coventina celata"->enable
into the console.

She was in the village with the rest of them and was the only one who would talk to me , she certainly wasn't attacking them despite what it said in my journal afterwards. Oh well !
