Irredeemable is a series based on the idea "What if Superman snapped?" The superman analogue, The Plutonian, finally loses it after all the ingratitude and demands, and the mistake that happens when he trusts the common man just once. 31 issues I believe.
Counterpart is Incorruptible, where a former supervillain goes good in response to The Plutonian.

Yeah, I've mentioned that series in another thread or two. It's a good read, and both it and Incorruptible ended last year so they're self-contained.
I'll get to that DCU reading list soon, I promise.

Irredeemable and Incorruptible both kind of limped to disappointing ends after great starts.
You might want to try Ragemoor

Ragemoor looks pretty good, I'll have to give that a shot.
I just finished Ferals up to the last issue - fairly straight ahead werewolf slasher with a healthy dose of sex... a fun combo but nothing earth-shattering story-wise.
I'm also enjoying The Sixth Gun thus far - apparently NBC ordered a television pilot for the series.

Just finished the four issues of Ragemoor... very good story!

Preacher is a great series (thanks for the recommendation Stitch) that I am almost through with. I believe the writers/artists for Preacher had some kind of relationship to the writers/artists for Transmetropolitan, but I'm not 100% sure. Preacher is a wacky concept but a fantastic story.
I'm still trying to find a trade paperback or some other method for Transmetropolitan that won't require $1.99 an issue for 60+ issues.

I saw that duck bought Habibi. @duck, have you started it? How is it. Reviews made it look interesting; definitely the arabesque art style was great.

Duh, yeah I didn't look on Amazon. Thanks for the help.
