I have an item called a "Grand Soul Gem (Winged Twilight). It shows it as being worth 60,000 gold..more or less. Should I sell it? I am early in the game and could surely use the gold? Or is it worth keeping? I am new to the game also so this may be more or less valuable than I know. Please help...Any knowledge appreciated..

The most gold you will find from a merchant is 10 000 gold. And it wont even buy sould gems. The next choice is a 9 000 gold ashlander. You will have to do enermous small valuable selling in order to get a good trade for the soul gem.
I suggest you keep to it and later use it to buy a constant effect enchantment.

Golden Saints and Ascended Sleepers are the same with 400 Soul points each. Winged Twighlights only have 300.
