OK....I tried to rip-off the Redoran Treasury, (while running around in my underware) it was fun.....But there was one guard that was stuck in the room with me and wouldn't budge, so I took everything in front of him and I got away....but now I have a bounty that's litteraly a death warrent. I can't pay the guards, they just want to kill me.....is there someone in the game you can pay the bounty too?

yes, if you can make it to Balmora without getting chopped to bits then go to the Thieves Guild(South Wall Cornerclub) Join the guild if you havent already. Go downstairs and drop any gold that you have on you and then talk to the guy behind the bar. Click on the text "Price on your head" and he will remove your bounty for free.
There is also a nifty little button on this forum that says "SEARCH". You can search for the answer to your question that has already been posted a million times.

:ebil: There is always the possibility to cheat; press the §-symbol over TAB, and the cheat console appear. then type; player->setpccrimelevel 0
