First hour? Extremely Deus Ex-y. I'm going to enjoy replaying certain levels in various ways.
If it's a 20 hour game, I'm probably going to spend a lot of time replaying it (like I do the first Deus Ex), because the story is so good.
(Plus, I want to see how the game changes when you're playing a female character.)

The HUD is fine, btw -- and I'm not saying any more for a week or two. People always get on my case re: spoilers, even when I don't SAY anything.

Word is it might be seen in some places tomorrow, but will definitely be available on the 3rd. EBGames is the only retailer I know of that claims it will have copies tomorrow, and I am going to tend to believe them this time.
