True story.
The difference is I use google services for lots of things so it'd make sense to use this too. And the circles thing makes it easy to do what takes ages now.

That's just a way for Google to try and take down Facebook. They've been rivals for a while, and I mean, it's not like the world needs another social network site, so Google's new thing is obviously just a competition stunt against FB. I've been with Facebook since 2007 and that's not gonna change.

Well it is a competitor but I already keep in touch with closer friends on gmail and we share pictures with picassa. These are not pictures I'd put up on facebook because there are too many "friends" on there that are really just acquaintances.

I just now got in. They've temporarily shut down invites, but supposedly a roundabout way you can still bring people in by sending mentioning them directly in a status. Once I figure it out, I'll PM anyone interested for their email address.
