Dudes, read both the Factcheck articles. Even giving Giuliani the benefit of the doubt and assuming that he actually believes what he's saying (which is to say, not lying) he's clearly mistaken.

True, and to be fair the linked articles that are tied to the topic at hand (except fact-check) were not meant to be neutral anyways, (on both sides) as they were op-eds.

Personally, I hate the dropping of all journalistic standards in op-eds. In a paper that wouldn't otherwise print blatant falsehoods, op-eds are routinely allowed to present "facts" that are flat out verifiably untrue.
While both original links are opinion page pieces, the IBD article is simply the one guy who's giving Guiliani the bad statistics trying to back up his numbers, while basically everyone else who knows anything about the subject is disagreeing.
