Installed the latest Nvidia drivers, fiddled with some settings and now it's running fine on Medium settings(except Textures, which are still set to Low).
Starting to like the driving more and more. It's fun tearing up these dirtroads in a caddy. Also, the dirtbikes? Not bad! Not as good as those in GTA IV (the gold standard for open world actiongame motorbikes), but better than the bikes in most games of this style.
