Trying to get to bar (acording to my map i have to go collect a reward ) but DUTY will no let me past. Do i have to complete a certain quest before i can pass?

Yes, you do. After you complete a specific task for the Cordon trader he will tell you that you should deliver something to the Barkeep, and will inform him that you're going there. Then the Duty patrol will let you through.

That could get a little tricky. Just remember that going rambo is quite possible if you got an Akm assault rifle. :sly:

If you can find one of the NATO assault rifles, then that part of the game would be very easy as long as that gun had some food to burn. :joke:
