First off, just letting you know that this post was last replied by me a long time ago. Second, starting a new file for every guild is not a smart idea because then you can never fully complete the entire game. I fixed this problem a long time ago and am now in all guilds with a fame of 96. My level is over 50 and I think that you should just join each guild at the beginning of the game!!!

It's silly to say it's silly to start a new file for each guild. Some people want their character to be godly and get guildmaster in everything, some people like to role-play more. For example, thieves guild and DA are pretty much mutually exclusive for me if i'm RPing.
