I have a problem that I have been trying to address on my own for the past couple of weeks and I cannot straighten it out!!!
I am the arch mage, the champion of Cyridell (spelling), the Gray Fox, etc. The one problem i have is that I never joined the Fighters Guild at the beginning of the game and now i cannot get in. I know there is the solution of raising my fame to 100 is one way of getting back in, but I've tried that for hours on end. Can anybody suggest a way (possibly cheating) to give me the chance to get into this guild??? :confused:

Well, if you really need to raise fame / get rid of infamy, you can always do the pilgrimage for Knights of the Nine, if you have it.

Raise fame to 100??? I have zero infamy and done all the Mages guild and the KOTN, plus I have finished the main quest and still my fame is only 73. I don't see any other sources to raise it...

I was under the impression you could do the pilgrimage more than once, though I never have. Wouldn't surprise me if I'm totally wrong, though =/.
Anyway, might be worth a try.

The Pilgrimage can be done as many times as you like to lower infamy to 0.
Also, my character has a fame of about 102? I don't really know how. I think I got most of the fame points by killing Tuco with nothing but a fork.

thieves guild, fighters guild, mages guild, and now shivering isles.
