Has anybody tried (and succeeded) to get into Cragscleft through the exit (the opening in the rock wall above the flooded entrance)? (Without going in through the entrance and collecting meterials for stacking, of course.) The sky of the mission seems to be too low to walk the rock cliffs far enough to get close to the opening on either side, and stacking materials are scarce...

Oops, it's quite simple with the speed potion from the loadout screen:
* Collect the three large rocks near the wooden barrier at the starting point.
* Near the right side of the barrier, stack two rocks and take the third.
* Mantle the barrier.
* Put down the third rock to get onto the wooden post and mantle the cliffs from there.
* Quaff the speed potion and take a running leap down to the opening.

Good catch, much more thief-like than the "use bought equipment" approch. I never paid attention to the mine entrance. Alas, I cannot load you savegame to see how exactly you've done it. I've tried to get onto the beams for about an hour and just managed it once (on the left), more by accident when trying something else. Unfortunately the rocks were in the water, not on the beam, so there was nothing else to do up there. Could you find a reliable way to get onto the beams?

Yeah, my problem is more to get up there to stack the rocks rather than stacking them (which is a pain because the ledge is so narrow and rocks are surprisingly bad stuff for stacking sideways rather than straight up).
Anyway, one either has to either use stuff from the loadout screen or dive into the mine entrance to grab a fourth rock for stacking.

I climbed on the beam/strut to the left of the mine entrance and jumped to the middle part. I stacked the rocks there. It's easy. I hit quicksave/quickload about 5 times.
