All three of the main houses(Hlaalu, Redoran, and Telvanni) have a Canton of thier own in Vivec. I believe the treasury for each one is located on the top level(through the big doors) of it's Canton. I think for at least one of them you have to go into a "records" area, and then through a door there to get to the Treasury. Just look around on the top level, they aren't hard to find. You need a good security skill, or spell,(except for the Redoran one) and be able to either take out some ordinators, or sneak past them. The key for the Redoran Treasury is located in a dresser drawer in the upstars bed room of Saren Manor. Sorry I can't remember more... been quite a while since I looted these suckers.

A good trick for grabbing all the loot in one trip: Get a telekinesis spell, a mark spell, and a recall spell. Cast mark where ever you have been useing as a "safehouse". Once inside the treasury vault, stand in the middle of the room, and use telekinesis spell to snatch all the stuff from all around you. Even though you won't be able to move once you have it all, you'll still be able to cast recall, and once you recall back home, you just drop enough of it to move, and rejoice. You could also Mark at one of the rich merchants, it you plan on selling most of it. Instad of useing Telekinesiss, you can also grab the stuff from around the room, and start pileing it in the middle fo the vault. Once you have it all in a pile, just pick it all up, and recall.

Evry single vault has a key. Redoran vault is located in a building, cant remember its officail sounding. It has two vaults, one the key is in the top floor of one of the manors in the plaza, in a room with a lady in the chest. The other key is and i believe baren alen (not sure on name he may be in a diff vault with the key heys the guy in normal cloths by the top vault door) inside the vault room, I just taunted him then killed him.

The telvanni vault is in the plaza canton it the tower. Its on the ordinator in the corridor with the two vault doors. Taunt and kill him, pickpocket whatever just get the key. Run in, and you'll be in a room with artronarchs, kill them or run back through the door youll be in the loot room.

The hlaalu house vault is in a building in the hlaalu waistworks. inside there'll be a locked door, the guy in normal clothes has the key get it. Go in the locked door and there'll be an ordinator get the key from him, the next door is the vault.

Note, the redoran house you can wait for all the gaurds to leave then clothes the door and be in the vaults all by yourself. Telvanni the guards are dumb just sneak they wont notice theyre trying to walk through a door. Hlaalu you can get all the guards to leave except one stationary guard, sneak around him or taunt kill him.
