What graphical program did you use to outline this ad? Why not simple red line in Microsoft Paint? What does this say about you as a person?

Because last time I used MS Paint, it only used the crappy Win BMP format. I heard it does JPEG now, but I would not use lossy compression for a screengrab or computer-screen graphics.
That and the fact that GIMP was already open at the time.

Only certain versions do formats other than BMP, however there are no settings or options of consequence for the other formats, which makes them fairly useless.
