Can Anybody help me on this issue...???
I seem to need to cast a certain spell at this point in the game, yet my chance of succesfully doing that is negative sixty (the bar beneath the pell icon is empty).
How can I quickly increase my level in that skill if it ain't even my secondary choice?:confused:
Also can anybody tell me where to find the performance enhancing patch for the game, everyone is talking about and quick user manual for it ...

The easiest way is to visit a trainer and pay for your skills, but they can be rather expensive. You can find trainers in most every town, but only 'master' trainers can train you up to 100%. Here's a list of 'em:
