Well, as I've just posted something similar in the Deus Ex forum, I remembered that I also have this article I wrote about Morrowind a while back.

I just wrote it with the desire to show how engaging and authentic (within the bounds of the technology) this role-playing experience is. My current laptop won't run Oblivion (maybe one day...), but to be honest I'm more than happy with Morrowind, and the great add-ons I've downloaded from the net. It's the one game that can keep you coming back again and again, as you can always find something new to do.

Anyway... let me know what you think. Is there any other game where you have felt as absorbed in your character?
