I'm messing with scripts and now I have like 100 gamesys.t3u in my system folder. I think they are temp folders and harmless, right? What should I do with them?

If you mean files named T3Gamesys.t3u0,1,2...n, then you shouldn't have any problems after deletion. You may zip them just in case and delete those in system folder and see what happens when you launch the editor and play some map ;)
