And that's where the enhanced vision and the targeting mod comes in.
If it was like DX, and you have to choose between different mods to install, I think something like this could come handy:
A) Enhanced Targeting:
Gives information about an enemy (how, by the way? Does it read his papers and check his blood pressure to know how healthy he is?). Increases accuracy and effective range for weapons.
B) Multi-targeting
Allows to keep track of two (or more) targets at once. This will drastically increase the agent's accuracy when using dual guns, also allows to change targets faster if one is eliminate.
