I don't have much but:
1) Is there a way to unequip you weapon?....besides breaking it?
2) Can you arm your weapon without swinging it? That's sort of annoying.
These are minor things that would help me enjoy the game a bit more:
1) Better leaning
2) Ability to bind 'shift + (a key)'
3) Hold crouch
That's all...other people can add. great game....I can tell already that I will love the finished game.

Yop. Either equip a new weapon, or open your book and inventory and drag the weapon out of your hand into the inventory panel.

Oh that makes it soooo much simpler and easier to use:eww:

Sorry, out of line...

Praetor, I'm an upfront kind of guy who says exactly what he has on his mind. I'm also very well travelled and well read, which leads me to formulate some fairly opiniated statements. In any case, whether or not I like you is irrelevant, so returning any insults in your direction is pointless. Arx fatalis needs work - some serious work - before it can be called a hit or a classic. Raf has already addressed some of these issues (adding a quicksave and an easier to use interface for one). He seems professional enough to do the best he possibly can. I applaud that. I'm sorry though, pressing another weapon to be rid of the first one sucks rhino ass (so does automatic swinging after choosing a weapon for that matter). Simply pressing backspace (a la Thief) or adding a hotkey to be rid of something would be just as good. Overall, I think their list of hotkeys should be at least three times as long to please the majority of gamers.:erg:

If you think about it, you REALLY want to be unequipping the weapon you are wielding if you equip a new one, don't you?
A key to just unequip would be cool though, but, unlike Thief, pressing the left button would still mean beating whatever is in front of you with your fists (in Thief, if you don't have anything equipped, using the action button doesn't do anything). SO .. either they get rid of brawling (but then, what do you do if you don't have any weapon on you?) or they let it be as it is now. (Sincerely, if I attack somebody or something accidentally, I prefer to be dealing some good damage with some really sharp sword and perhaps have a chance to survive than taking a chance with my fists)
Bye,

Sigh...the interface and icon graphical resolution/detail needs work - lots of it. If they release the game in its current state, they'll be performing hara-kari on themselves due to public feedback, mark those words.:erg:

Sorry you saw that post, Nethawk. I edited it right away, but obviously not soon enough. It was beneath me, and unjust to you.

No worries mate;) It's just a forum.

Right clicking gets rid of the equipped weapon, as far as I can see. It brings up the cursor interface, however, so that kind of sucks.
