The police will attack an unarmed innocent, yet when they are given time and opportunity, do f*** all about bunch of hardcore protesters smashing the RBS windows in.
Well quite...That window being broken looked like a staged photo opportunity to me. There had to be
something for the right wing press to go bananas about, and to perhaps justify police heavy handedness.

One officer should be particularly worried, because if justice is done, he'll be facing a long stretch inside, now that (
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2009/apr/07/video-g20-police-assault) this video has emerged.
Which shows an unarmed man on his way home from work being belted by a policeman in the back of the head with a baton. Said chap then went on to later have a heart attack and die. Oh dear.
:weird:

Bikerdude slips on an oil slick itt.
In fact on the Guardian video slow motion it looks like he was hit on the back of the head with a baton. If they examine this video, find he was hit, and the officer in question does not go down there WILL be a riot I'm sure.

Jay (who will spend some of today (
http://www.theyworkforyou.com/) writing to his MP) will be more than a little disappointed if the police and those who sanction them don't sit themselves down and have a good long think about the rights and wrongs of pitching riot tactics against normal people engaged in peaceful activity.
