Some of the NPCs and creatures in the game have the interesting property that they will reappear at the spot where their corpse is laying rather than the original spawn point. The raiders living under the bridge near The Citadel do this, for example. Do I even need to point out the potential for wacky hijinks with this? Moving the bodies so that they respawn in odd places can be fun. Moving them so that they reappear next to their enemies is even better. Laying down mines next to them is just plain evil.
If you kill the raiders under the bridge just west of The Citadel and move their bodies right next to the nearby sentry bot, you can just stop by occasionally to watch the slaughter and collect the loot. Likewise, a dead molerat inside the fence at Tenpenny Tower can make visiting there a bit more interesting.
Note that this doesn't seem to work for all respawns.

Nice find. I'm going to have to play around with that.

I like to lure one or two of the bridge raiders close to The Citadel right at the beginning of the game (free stuff), and I noticed afterward that they kept reappearing closer and closer to the fast-travel point as I returned there repeatedly during my games. Appear, move closer, get killed, repeat. Kinda made it a pain escorting those scientists there, what with the raiders popping up right on top of us and all. That led to some experimenting, and so on...

Another data point: At least one of the Talon Mercenary groups that's chasing me respawns this way (the ones that appear just east of the Farragut West metro station). I've dropped their corpses down on the nearby quay, and now I've watched them party with the raiders and mutants having their little trans-Potomic dispute. Fun! :D
