Fargoth is simple a to annoying little elf to leave alone. I think calm creature spells are to good for him. I would give him an hard punch with "eavar stonesinger mace" to get him to the ground or going to stand on the lighthouse and snipe him down with a glass arrow fired from my "deadric bow"

i use consruction set to build a cage for him and punch/shoot him from outside until he dies. :)

or perhaps i'd build a freak show in every town and have five fargoths lined up in a row at the shows. one for his hair, another for his face, another for his ears and so on.
