Found a cave called frost fire glade and in this cave is a door name the same that says "This door cannot be opened" when you frob it.
Any one know about this ?

Yeah, it's part of (
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Tears_of_the_Savior) this quest. Not a bad quest - can be kind of a frustrating pixel hunt, though.
Oddly, even though I've tried this quest twice, it's broken both times. Even when I collect all 5 tears, it still won't let me give them to S'drassa, won't complete the quest, and the damn Tears stay in my inventory forever. Along with every other broken quest inventory item.

BTW, try to avoid using area effect damage spells in the glade. You do not want to try to hunt down the tears after you've blown them halfway across the map.

I rarely use offensive spells anyway, I sneak and backstab usualy.
If that fails.. well fight it out or if im horribly outnumbered(getting my arse kicked) run away and shoot flame arrows.
