what really makes me ''nervous'' is some attitudes of the guys in every interview: they seems not capable to think with his own head..
..this is from Nolan's batman, this is from the movie ''the crow'', this is from assassin creed, this is from ....ehhhhhhwwww what the hell... !!! :rolleyes:
Thief was such an original concept ...such an original game, such an unique character, atmosphere, background.. why in the hell change it to something else ??

Exactly, sterlino...Why turn a treasured original game concept, into a lesser hodgepodge of derivative work? They should have been striving to advance on the original core design by coming up with other unique, complimentary inventions.

Actually I worry bit about possible disconnection form original game events. EM mentioned they won't make prequel or sequel thus I see 2 choices: put 4th game events between Metal Age and Deadly Shadows and link all (IMO good choice) or try to be disconnected as much as possible - the same Garrett, the same City but with minimal references - and even in indefinite time. This way some FMs go (to be self plot oriented) but for official game it would be real lame to lose lore...
Also I worry about magical/unusual things fade, there could be too much thievery aspect instead of quest lines, I think it was never part of original game and could be quite boring for me...

Yeah, replacing old Thief slang with f-bombs and RL curse/swear words. Still doesn't sit right with me. If I want that kind of 'colorful' language, I'll go play GTA.
