Just curious about it: what is the most bad thing you noticed so far and that you don't like it at all ?
For me is the attitude to make Garrett a super Hero with super skills
Garrett should be a normal guy who try to do his job, not a super ninja with super abilities : combat/running or whatever..
that's really a bad mistake that can ruin the game sensations i felt with the original thief.
Of course i hope to wrong but too many clues bring me to think that.

Heh, I would never ever describe Garrett as a "normal guy". ;)
Garrett has this supernatural ability to hide in the shadows, that is kind of a "super skill" too, don't you think?
But if you mean this new "Focus" ability, then yes, I don't know how it fits in either. I hope that the game won't be built around it, but perhaps it's not too distractive and not too powerful. Didn't the devs claim that its use is being restricted though, and maybe it's gone altogether in the old school mode? Then again, I don't really even know what Focus is supposed to do, so I won't say whether it's good or bad just yet.
My biggest worries so far are the third person stuff, and the absence of the traditional Thief humour. I also hope that some of the controls won't be too restricted, so that the game still feels like we're playing it and not just watching the game play itself at these parts.

IMO it lacks "Nothing really" option, which would be my choice so far. Besides, it's a game, not a public speech I'm about to make, it doesn't make me nervous ;)

"Other" and "explain" works just fine for that. Also, you've been extremely shouty in the past over "just a game" so I'm not believing you. For me, all the above, hahaha! *sniffle*

I don't care if Garrett has some special abilities. What worries me the most is that they'll take away that sense of vulnerability. If the guards can somehow match Garrett's abilities to the point where fighting is usually the worst alternative, then that'd be good enough for me. But yeah, the Parkour In AssCreed sucked, because it allowed you to easily escape every single enemy in the game and made the whole thing a flavorless experience. Hopefully Eidos will add quite a few of those bulleye archers from Thief 1/2 so that Garrett can't just dick about with the acrobatics, but actually has to escape from his enemies with all haste.

Ha! :cheeky: Ok then, so let it be the "reboot" thing which basically could mean... well, everything as of now. There are tons of previews from many sources, both with positive and negative bias, so a gameplay video would be more convincing right now. I guess we have to wait for it.
