okay, i talked to vivec, i have wraithguard, sunder, and keening but the lady at the ashlander camp keeps saying i need to bring them to her. If u mean u want to open it,...
facing the door/entrance,
go to your left.
on that left side is a group of pipes
on one of those pipe is a crank handle

BTW, is there any reason to visit anyone after you have got the tools? I know you can beat Dagoth Ur at that point but I wouldn't want to lose any nice trinkets etc.

If you've defeated Dagoth Ur there's a chance that some people may respond in such a way as to prevent you from doing side-quests. I always do all the factions before I finish him off, but if you're not interested in the factions you haven't done then you won't lose anything by killing him now.

There is also a command that you can use to join guilds/factions if you realy want to join 1
