When will UU and UU2 be released as freeware? These games are never, ever going to sell another copy. Please, whoever owns the copyrights release them to public domain now please.

Well, never mind that, but if you are looking for UW to d/l for free, you can find it on the Net already... if that's what you wanted.

everyone thinks/hopes...
But anyway: good luck with your search. Both games are an experience not to be missed.

A little bird told me that this site has both games for download, since its impossible to actually purchase these games anymore.

UW
was released for free by EA a while back. UW2 is still on the iffy side of illegal.
I have the UW manuals and doumentation in .pdf format available for download on my ftp site.

I would imagine that the UW2 manual (were I to have it available (*kniw kniw*)) would follow the same naming convention.

Thank you all so much. My old friends are just as I remembered them! Now if anyone could tell me how to get the sound working with modern sound cards woohoo. Speech works fine but for some reason it doesn't recognize my card in 'Sounds' I have to use the Roland option and it just sounds like crap.

So could anyone tell me how I get them to run on XP?
