The Checkout/Buy button may not load fast enough for you, but it works just fine even when waiting to load. You can most certainly grab the Fallout games for yourself.

It only says you have to make it a gift if you already have one or more of the games. Uncheck the ones you own, and you're good to go.

Also note that (as a general rule) there's nothing preventing you from gifting purchases to your own email address, and redeeming them yourself.
You can gift things to your own address repeatedly if you so desire, which gives you multiple keys to send to people in future (although given the licensing issues, I couldn't say whether the keys are guaranteed to work in the future).

Oi you are correct, thanks. I already had F1 & 2 so figured I'd grab tactics just to complete the collection, even if I dont really intend on playing it anytime soon :p

No, but the little voice in my head is telling me they must have some kind of filter to catch people doing that. Not to block it, but so they can look at it and go "oh look that guy doesn't have any friends..." And I don't want to be that guy :p
