(
http://crayonphysics.com/free_crayon.php) Crayon Physics is free for 24 hours, though I don't know when that 24 hours started, so could be just minutes. :)
Also, theoretically Splinter Cell Double Agent PC is free from (
http://www.mcgame.com/de/adventcalendar?chipdemo=splintercell) here for no idea how long. Also not sure about the details (DRM and such). EDIT: You have to register on the page I linked - it's a gift for new customers only (and only if you reg on that page).

(
https://www.digipen.edu/?id=1170&proj=25930) Perspective First Person/Platforming puzzle game made by Digipen students. The concept starts out quite simple and easy but gets increasingly complex as the game progresses. The story and setting mostly doesn't do anything interesting, except at one point halfway through, and then again at the end with a twist that, personally, freaked me the fuck out for a moment.
The game doesn't seem to save when you quit so I recommend playing through the whole thing in 1 sitting. It's about 45-60 minutes long.

That's a cute concept.

Apparently (
http://www.rawbots.net/page/rawbots) Rawbots, a sandbox robot/AI simulator, is free with the coupon 'SIMCITY'. I just got a copy so it seems legitimate.
