Deathloop is a must-play for our crowd of course, and I expect most people here have played it anyway. I liked it. It captured the Arcane style of action really well, and I liked thinking out how I'd deal with areas. But I still think the first Dishonored was the apex of that style, and the later games haven't captured me as well as that one did.
Deathloop was a little too "constructed" as a game for me, so I didn't get pulled into its world, similar with Control for the same reason, although I really liked the gameplay for both anyway.
I don't know anything about this Ogu game. The trailer is very chibi style.

Oh next week Epic is giving away Sable. That was my favorite game that year. It's in the style of Zelda BotW, but the art & vibe is stranger and better, for me anyway. Feels more like a real world with these strange cultures that you're discovering.

Sable is a repeat from December 2022, so people may already have it on EGS.
