(
http://www.gog.com) GOG is giving away Worms Revolution Gold for the next 72 hours. It's apparently a pretty decent 2D Worms game from 2012, most likely more fun in multiplayer, but seems like there's a proper single-player "campaign" too.

Epic's daily freebie is a Souls-like action-RPG (
https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/mortal-shell) Mortal Shell. It has got mostly good and even excellent reviews, so perhaps this is worth checking out if you're into Souls games.

The teaser image (small logo in the wrapping) for the freebie on the 29th looks a lot like the Dishonored logo, while the colour scheme makes Death of the Outsider the likely candidate (or all three games).

Here's what some of your fellow TTLGers thought of Mortal Shell: (

Seems like a good game, even though it's mostly just Malleus talking, so the big question is: Can we trust him? :o He seems to know his Souls games, so I think we can... This discovery has pushed Mortal Shell a few notches closer to the top of my neverending backlog. :D

(
http://www.gog.com) gog.com are giving away something called
Daymare: 1998 for the next three days. It's some sort of a low-budget survival horror FPS that has got mostly average reviews.

Daymare was actually an RE2 fan remake before Capcom told them to stop. It turned into an original project that's still very much Resi-inflected, so fans of the series will probably have at least something to appreciate in there, I'd say.
