Go to Suran. Go to the trader i think or one of those tradin places. Look for the glass dagger. I't will have a price of 4k, but when you offer; your offer is only at 27 or 47!!!!
If your wondering why its so cheap, the durablity is very low.. like 10/300. so just repair it from buying the prongs.. This is worth it if you are low on money. Or in my case, I use the Dagger.:thumb:

go to the tower of dusk. kill the smith there (be above level 6) and take all the glass armor and either the glass long sword or the glass dagger, and save a few(fah!) thousand drakes. you'll get a full suit except for the greaves. too bad i'm medium armor :p
[edit] wait, it's a jinksword that you can get "from" the smith, not a dagger[edit]

There is a glass jinxsword (That's a glass dagger with paralyse) that you can get for free, if you keep your eyes peeled. :weird:

Under Ebonheart, there are some tunnels with their enterance underwater. There are a couple of keys you can use, or you can pick the lock. There should be a cross junction, where straight ahead there is the guy with Lords Mail, to the left is a door to Ebonheart. To the right, there is the glass dagger laying on the floor mostly hidden behind some mushrooms. There is also a bit of gold here.

OR if you don't fancy, killing npcs, swimming, or indeed purchasing a glass dagger just go visit the enchanter in the Telvanni canton's waistworks in vivec go to the unlocked door in his shop kill the 2 rats in his store room and take the glass dagger (among other things) from the shelf safe in the knowledge that no one can see you.
Open door, kill two rats, take glass dagger all without leaving town - beat that!

Did you that at the place where you get the lords mail you can also use levitate to fly up to a platform, just above the lords mail. That's also loaded with riches.
